A Beetle and Some Leaves

Porcelain bowl displaying underglaze paintings of a beetle on a leaf with a clear glaze sprayed all over and a beautiful reddish purple glaze layered on the rim.
*Due do the delicate nature of the paintings I would recommend hand washing this piece!
 
Handmade pottery from North Carolina. Gas fired to 2350 F.
Microwave and food safe.
Made with porcelain clay and love.
